No. Our role is to organise relevant information, surface considerations you may not have fully mapped, and outline options alongside their practical implications. The decisions remain with your leadership team. We provide the material for better decisions, not a directive on which decision to make.

The Market Readiness Snapshot is designed to complete within one week. The Entry Planning Engagement spans approximately four weeks. The Expansion Advisory Programme runs across one quarter with scheduled review points built in. All timelines are agreed before work begins.

The fees listed reflect standard engagement scopes. If a particular assignment requires meaningfully more complexity — for example, covering multiple target markets in a single engagement — we will discuss that before work starts and agree on the appropriate scope and fee. There are no charges that appear only after the work is complete.

All information shared during an engagement is treated with appropriate discretion. We do not share client information with other clients or third parties unless you ask us to make a specific introduction. Confidentiality expectations are addressed before any substantive work begins.

Our primary focus is on markets within the ASEAN region, with stronger working knowledge of Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, and Vietnam. If your target market falls elsewhere in the region, we are transparent at the outset about the depth of our relevant knowledge.
